These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 44bt platform and all its services. When you access the 44bt website, create an account, or use any game or betting service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

44bt operates as a secure and reliable online gaming platform. We use SSL encryption technology to keep your information and financial transactions protected. Ensuring fair play is a core part of our principles.

Age Verification Process

44bt may request identity documents or other paperwork for age verification at any time. Some account functions may be restricted until verification is complete. If you register with false information, 44bt reserves the right to immediately close that account and forfeit the associated balance.

Single Account

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed and all funds may be forfeited.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 44bt support team immediately.

Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled. If any information changes, you must update it through the support team.

Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time. However, the account will only be fully closed after all pending transactions have been completed.

Accepted Payment Methods

44bt currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. 44bt is not responsible for funds sent through any other method.

Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Typical withdrawal time: 10–45 minutes.

Withdrawal Terms

44bt may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. 44bt reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Bank Transfer

For bank transfers, transactions can be made through major commercial banks in Bangladesh including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank. Bank transfers may take slightly longer, and any charges imposed by the bank must be borne by the relevant user.

Currency

All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Payments in foreign currencies will not be accepted.

Welcome Bonus

44bt offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳42,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once.
• Wagering must be completed within a set time limit after receiving the bonus.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time — specific terms apply to each promotion.
• 44bt reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer without notice.

VIP Program

44bt's VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each level. Advancement to a VIP level depends on activity on the platform. VIP benefits are a reward incentive — they are not a guarantee of any committed earnings.

Fair Play & Irregularities

44bt is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. If any game result appears irregular due to a technical error or software issue, 44bt reserves the right to cancel or review the relevant round.

Technical Issues

If the internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game, 44bt will make every effort to ensure the game result is saved correctly. However, 44bt will not be liable for losses caused by network issues.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits may be set for each game and market. These limits will be displayed in the game interface. 44bt reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

Sports Betting

All markets available in the sports betting section are governed by general betting rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable policy. For live betting, only bets placed before the market closes will be considered valid.

44bt believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of income. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

• Avoid placing more bets in an attempt to recover money lost in gaming.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44bt platform:

• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.

If any of the above activities are proven, 44bt reserves the right to immediately and permanently close the relevant account and forfeit all balances. Law enforcement agencies may be notified where necessary.
